Here's one of the good things about Jacquie's CD, she's not preaching to you. If reading bible scriptures backed by a smooth jazz groove is preaching, then preach on Sister Jacquie! Brown-Hadnot takes biblical verses and reads them as a poet would read her latest composition while backed by a mellow groove and background vocalist. Overall this is a good CD if you need time to contemplate and relax.
